The Saudi Postal Corporation announces its desire to rent a building with the following specifications:

1. The area of ​​the offices in the required building is not less than 7000 square meters.

2. The building must be independent, with an external service retracement of not less than 15 meters in length and 45 meters in width, allowing medium and large logistical transport vehicles to enter and exit for the purpose of loading and unloading.

3. The building in the city of Riyadh should be within the geographical area (King Salman Road (to the south), Banban Road (to the north), King Fahd Road (to the east) and Salbouhk Road (to the west))

4. To have shaded internal or external parking spaces, not less than 200 parking spaces.

5. Providing two offices, and that the offices be open to the hall (and overlooking the offices of the second floor), and that the internal spaces of the offices be open.

6. The building should be newly constructed and its interior and exterior finishes are excellent.

7. That the necessary services be provided from toilets of no less than 25 toilets and public facilities such as buffets and chapels.

8. A separate electrical feeding network is available.

9. The fiber optic network is available for computers and internal communication networks.

10. The water supply network (hot / cold) is available with floor and upper tanks and lift pumps.

11. Sewerage or connection network to be available on the public network or drainage and drainage tanks.

12. Availability of central air conditioning and ventilation systems.

13. Elevator systems are available for multiple floors.

14. That fire alarm, firefighting, escape stairs and emergency exit systems are available, with proof of this being attested by the civil defense certificate.

15. Provide protection and insulation for doors, windows and main and branch entrances.

16. The availability of security monitoring systems inside and outside the site.

17. That the owner (the lessor) bear the responsibility for maintenance of the main building systems throughout the contract period without additional costs.

18. Offers shall be submitted electronically via a certification platform, provided that the documents include the following:
• A - A copy of the title deed and clearing the building.
• B - A map to show the location of the building and the main and subsidiary street.

19. The deadline for submitting offers is Thursday 29/04/1441 AH corresponding to 26/12/2019 according to Umm Al-Qura calendar.
