Registration \ qualification requirements:

For more information about the registration process and approval as a verified vendor by SPL, kindly complete the required steps on the registration page.

Kindly provide the following government documents in PDF file format:

• valid copy of a commercial register \ commercial license for foreign companies
• valid copy of the commercial chamber certificate
• valid copy of the General Organization of Social Insurance certificate
• valid copy of the Zakat certificate
• VAT subscription certificate
• valid copy of the nationalization certificate
• authorization letter containing the authorized person's information to deal with Saudi Post Corporation | SPL (It must be verified by the chamber of commerce)
• Bank letter containing banking details (account name - account number - IBAN) The official bank signature and stamp are required.
• Provide local certificate \ certificate from the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (if available).

Note: All the required documents above must be valid at the time of submitting the request.

It is recommended to attach the following work experience:

• Attach audited financial statements by a verified (minimum 3 years) accounting office
• Attach your recent contracts and projects.
